Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yatamatomo Hirozaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theodore Carlisle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Theodore Carlisle has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yatamatomo Hirozaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Theodore Carlisle! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carlisle throws a sloppy head kick and Hirozaki moves out of range easily. Carlisle looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Carlisle dodges the punch combination from Hirozaki.
Carlisle ducks under a wild hook from Hirozaki. Carlisle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. We've been told by Hirozaki's head coaches at Tokyo Totally Gym + Sauna that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Carlisle scores with a head kick.
It looks like Yatamatomo Hirozaki has been cut. Hirozaki connects with a good right hand that stumbles Carlisle. Carlisle circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Theodore Carlisle has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hirozaki swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Carlisle throws a right and a left that both miss. Carlisle connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Hirozaki to the floor! Carlisle dives in looking for the finish!
Hirozaki is rocked! Carlisle is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hirozaki doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Carlisle. Oh Hirozaki is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Hirozaki keeps control of the position for the meantime. Carlisle seems to be looking for submissions.
Hirozaki seems to have got his legs back now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carlisle working over Hirozaki with some ground and pound. Hirozaki looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Hirozaki wants to get back to his feet. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Carlisle lands strikes from half guard. Carlisle sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Hirozaki defending well though. Hirozaki on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hirozaki tries to get out of the position. Carlisle is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hirozaki sees it coming and defends easily. Carlisle is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Carlisle drops an elbow to the side of Hirozaki's head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Carlisle is trying to work for a kimura but Hirozaki is defending well.
Carlisle thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Hirozaki is looking for a sweep. Carlisle is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carlisle drops an elbow to the side of Hirozaki's head. Carlisle winds up and cracks Hirozaki with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Carlisle looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hirozaki with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Carlisle is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hirozaki is just riding it out for now. Carlisle eventually gives up the hold. Carlisle throwing shots but Hirozaki is blocking nicely. Carlisle looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hirozaki with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Carlisle drops an elbow to the side of Hirozaki's head. Hirozaki keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Hirozaki is defending against the submission attempts here by Carlisle.

Carlisle is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Carlisle is nestled in close to Hirozaki, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Carlisle thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hirozaki's head. Carlisle seems to be working for a kimura but Hirozaki defends the submission attempt. Nice strikes from Carlisle there. Hirozaki is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Carlisle stops Hirozaki from getting back to his feet.
Hirozaki is in trouble now - Carlisle has advanced to mount! Carlisle pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Carlisle is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Hirozaki is forced to tap! Great finish!
