Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Travis Riley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nathan Summers!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Summers has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Riley.
Summers takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
We've been hearing reports that Riley has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Summers fails with an attempt to clinch.
Summers tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Riley manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Summers forces Riley back against the cage and clinches.
Riley tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Riley misses with a hook to the ribs.
Summers has Riley pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Riley manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Summers has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Riley lands an uppercut.
Riley misses with a hook from the clinch.
Riley misses with a body punch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Riley.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Riley lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Summers prevents a body shot from Riley.
Riley misses with a body punch.
Summers blocking some punches.
Riley is trying to stall.
Riley is pressed up against the cage. Summers has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Riley down to the mat. Riley avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Riley connects with a leg kick. Summers looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice body kick there by Riley.
Summers looks winded!
Summers takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Riley throws a monster overhand right that drops Summers! Riley follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Travis Riley!
Nathan Summers spoke after the fight, saying 'Cmon niggas, you know I'm better.'.
