Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ike Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Chavo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chavo is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rico Sauve by Girardo. Eddie Chavo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ike Turner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eddie Chavo!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chavo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Turner's calf.
Turner moves out of range as Chavo throws a body kick.
Turner throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
No luck for Chavo with that takedown attempt.
Turner tries to bum rush Chavo with a series of wild strikes but Chavo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Eddie Chavo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turner lands with an uppercut that bounces Chavo off the cage and back into range.
Turner feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Chavo's calf.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chavo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Turner tries to avoid it but Chavo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Turner to the ground. Turner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Chavo shoots for a double leg takedown but Turner sprawls well. He's pushed Chavo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ike Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie Chavo.

Chavo throws a wild body kick that Turner sees coming a mile off.
Turner dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Chavo. That did some damage!

Chavo goes for a takedown attempt but Turner pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Chavo takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Chavo is trying desperately to land a takedown but Turner is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Chavo.

and Turner counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Turner is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Turner digs a right hand into Chavo's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Chavo's gas tank.

Chavo's coach down at MMA Gods - 16 Elites! + Roger Gracie was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Chavo's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Chavo tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Turner lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Turner blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Chavo misses with a hook to the ribs.

A right handed body shot lands from Turner.
Chavo has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Turner is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Chavo can't get the takedown.

Turner lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Chavo is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Turner is keeping busy.
Turner lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Chavo takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Chavo instigates a clinch.
Turner lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Turner pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Chavo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Chavo is rocked!
Turner throws a quick inside leg kick.
Chavo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Turner. Turner obviously looking to wear him down.
Chavo slips a jab and a cross from Turner.
Chavo takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Chavo is still on wobbly legs! Can Turner finish him?
Chavo closes the distance and clinches.
Chavo seems to have recovered his senses.
Turner scores with a shoulder strike.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Turner has a couple of punches blocked by Chavo.

Turner drops Chavo onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Chavo is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ike Turner dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
That kick from Turner tenderised Chavo's leg. Chavo is trying to keep his angry face on.
It looks like Turner has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Turner drops Chavo with a huge uppercut! Chavo drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Turner is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ike Turner!
Eddie Chavo was interviewed post fight and said 'BS! Come on Joe Rogan'.
