Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between That Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Matrix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guy kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Walk by Pantera. Matrix comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Loner - Black Sabbath kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy with a lazy takedown attempt
and Matrix counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Matrix swings for the body but Guy moves out of range.

Guy closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Matrix quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Guy is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Matrix defends it well.
Matrix is in trouble now - Guy has advanced to mount!
Guy lands a nice shot to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Guy moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Matrix has worked his arm free - good work by Matrix!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Matrix tries to escape but Guy is in control.

Matrix parries the strikes from Guy easily there. Guy is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Matrix to escape.

Guy is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Matrix is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Guy looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Matrix is avoiding damage well.

Guy in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Matrix is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
