The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piere lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

It looks like Flavius Trifu has been cut.
Piere scores with a body shot.
The fighters circling - Piere throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Piere lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Trifu circles away quickly and effectively.
Some wild striking there from Trifu.
Piere jabs Trifu right on the nose. Trifu blinks but takes it well.
Trifu listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Piere looks to land a right hand but Trifu moved out of range.
Trifu misses with a double jab.
Trifu lands a nice leg kick that just misses Piere's sensitive parts.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Trifu has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A thudding body kick lands there by Trifu!
Piere thows a left - swing and a miss!
Piere lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Piere.

and Trifu counters with a slapping leg kick.
Trifu is still on wobbly legs! Can Piere finish him?
Trifu uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Piere.
Trifu staying out of range there.
Trifu switches off momentarily and Piere cracks him with a monster right hand! Trifu topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Piere dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Piere!
