The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lad feints a jab promting Maynard to slip. Lad then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Maynard slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Lad takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Maynard lands with a thumping leg kick.
Maynard thows a body kick. Lad tries to catch it but that hurt him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Maynard plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Good Lad has been cut.
Lad looks winded!
Lad throws a wild body kick that Maynard sees coming a mile off.
Maynard throws a nice outside leg kick.

Maynard sends Lad crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Maynard is motioning to the referee to let Lad up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Lad is rocked!
Maynard with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Lad is still on wobbly legs! Can Maynard finish him?
Maynard moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Lad seems to have recovered his senses.
Lad wants to stay close but Maynard steps back to make room for something. Lad seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Maynard and Lad drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
