Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ron Dogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Hadjiev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ron Dogg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Alex Hadjiev! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hadjiev dives in and scores a takedown into Dogg's guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Hadjiev chips away with some ground and pound. Dogg not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Dogg seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Dogg looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Dogg keeping moving, preventing Hadjiev from controlling successfully. Hadjiev working some strikes from top position. Hadjiev is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hadjiev trying to control but Dogg is working from the bottom. Hadjiev not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dogg wants to improve his position but instead Hadjiev has moved into half guard.
Dogg pushes Hadjiev off looking to stand but Hadjiev dives back in and keeps control.
Nice strikes from Hadjiev there. Ground and pound from Hadjiev. Hadjiev is controlling the pace.
Dogg is looking for a sweep. Hadjiev is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hadjiev passes to full mount! Hadjiev prevents Dogg from getting the reversal. Hadjiev looking to finish Dogg with some ground and pound. This is bad for Dogg! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dogg tries to hold on but Hadjiev pushes him away. Hadjiev postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Dogg in real trouble here! The ref calls for Dogg to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alex Hadjiev! A very excited looking Alex Hadjiev made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
