Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mark Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and B Ron Trilliss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mark Knight! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, B Ron Trilliss! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trilliss moves forwards but Knight connects with a nice, crisp jab. Knight definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Knight lands with a shot to the body. Knight ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Knight cracks Trilliss with an open hand slap. Trilliss misses with a jab, cross combination.
Trilliss lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Knight throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Knight loads up on a big right hand but Trilliss slips the punch. A punch combination from Trilliss misses. No joy there for Trilliss, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Trilliss is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Knight tests Trilliss's chin there with a solid looking shot. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Trilliss throws a right and a left that Knight avoids nicely. Knight throws a looping overhand right but Trilliss ducks down to avoid it. Trilliss dodges the punch combination from Knight.
Knight throws a hook but Trilliss blocks it. Knight lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Trilliss is rocked! Trilliss uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Knight. Trilliss is still on wobbly legs! Can Knight finish him? Knight stuns Trilliss with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Knight takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Knight throws a hook to the side of Trilliss's head but Trilliss sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Knight fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Knight waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Trilliss. A big left from Knight misses. Trilliss wants to clinch. Knight is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Trilliss hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Mark Knight! Our winner, Mark Knight, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
