Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jared Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chase is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Chase shoots in for a takedown but Gracie shows good takedown defense.
Chase throws a nice looking combination but Gracie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Chase tries for a takedown but Gracie circles away easily
and Gracie counters with a single leg into guard. Chase didn't expect that.
Gracie keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Chase's head.
Chase will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Gracie drops back looking for a leg! Chase is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Chase manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into Chase's guard.
Gracie pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Chase is keeping the position for now.
Chase knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground.
Gracie passes Chase's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Gracie wants to free his trapped foot but Chase is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Chase is trying to stand back up but Gracie is controlling him

Gracie scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Chase is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Gracie tries to pass to full mount but Chase defends it.
Gracie not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Gracie moves into full mount! Chase won't be happy about that!
