The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Know shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Seamon's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Know engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Know stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Seamon swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Know connects with a couple of short punches.

Seamon got a little sloppy there for a moment and Know has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Seamon has managed to get both his arms back between Know's legs - danger averted.

Seamon is looking for a triangle here but Know uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Seamon sneaks out the side door and pushes Know away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Know closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Seamon's guard.

Know wants to control from the top but Seamon keeps moving.

Know stands and steps away. Seamon gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Know circles away from the clinch attempt.
Seamon shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Know as he avoids it easily.

Seamon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Seamon clinches up with Know and pushes him back against the cage.

Know jumps guard and drags Seamon to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Know is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Know in particular looking to stall.
Seamon tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Know tries to pass to full mount but Seamon defends it.
Seamon pushes Know off looking to stand but Know dives back in and keeps control.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Whadaya Know hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Know turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
This has been an exciting period of action!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Seamon is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Know has just dragged him back down to the mat.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Know moves into range and clinches up with Seamon.

Know is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Know blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Know has Seamon pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Know pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Seamon tumbling to the mat - Know dives into Seamon's guard.

Know is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Know pushes down on Seamon's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Let's hope that Know has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well Know has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
