Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Artur Rubio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Artest (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rubio comes to the cage accompanied by The World is Mine. Artest comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Champion- Ron Artest Feat T-Pain kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ron Artest! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Artest connects with a looping right hand.
Rubio looks to land a right hand but Artest moved out of range. Rubio seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Artest misses with a wild body shot. Artest clinches up against the cage. Rubio blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Artest putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Rubio in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Artest lands an uppercut. Artest effectively controlling the action here. Artest comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Artest scores with a shoulder strike. Rubio is trying to force a seperation but Artest has the dominant position. Artest lands with a short head shot on the inside. Artest is working Rubio over against the cage. Artest lands a nice elbow from the clinch. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Artest creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Artest connects with a nasty looking knee right to Rubio's face.
Rubio is rocked! Artest lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Oh Rubio is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Artest lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Rubio to his knees! Artest keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ron Artest!
