Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Buggy Clown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rizal Farahin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Buggy Clown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rizal Farahin!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clown misses with a takedown attempt - Farahin sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Clown shoots in but Farahin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Clown closes the distance and clinches up with Farahin, looking for a takedown. Clown pushes Farahin against the ropes but Farahin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buggy Clown. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Farahin stuffs the takedown.
Clown gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Clown seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Clown shoots for a double leg takedown but Farahin sprawls well. He's pushed Clown's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Clown is working for a kimura but Farahin is defending it quite comfortably.

Farahin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Farahin wants it to stay on the feet.

Farahin feints and then cracks Clown's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Clown down.

Clown tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Farahin defends well and Clown ends up having to push Farahin into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Clown breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Clown changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Farahin tries to avoid it but Clown manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Farahin to the ground. Farahin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Clown misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Clown takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Clown fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Farahin moves into the clinch successfully.

Farahin tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Clown manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That kick from Farahin tenderised Clown's leg. Clown is trying to keep his angry face on.

Clown has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Farahin is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

With the two fighters working up against the ropes, Clown just misses with a elbow thrown towards Farahin's brow.

Clown changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Farahin fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Clown drops back, looking for a kneebar! Farahin looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Farahin looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Farahin!

Rizal Farahin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Farahin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
