Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from James.
James forces Duncan back against the cage and clinches.
James turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and James manages to end up in side control.
Duncan misses with an elbow from the bottom.
Duncan tries to strike but it doesn't land.
Duncan striking from the bottom but nothing landed.
Duncan misses with an elbow from the bottom.
James blocks the strikes from Duncan.
James working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Duncan is not content to let James control the position.
James is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Duncan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
James misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
James has hold of Duncan's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Duncan tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - James cranks the arm and Duncan screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Duncan, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). David James!
A very excited looking David James made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
