Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hannibal Lecter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronnie Ronbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lecter attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Oooooh!!! Ronbo has knocked Lecter down with a huge combo! Ronbo steps away and waves a wobbly Lecter back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Hannibal Lecter has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ronbo fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Lecter is out of range.
Ronbo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lecter is out of range and Ronbo settles back down.
Ronbo pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Ronbo looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Ronbo is looking to clinch but Lecter is avoiding it.
Ronbo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Lecter avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ronbo tries to clinch but Lecter is having none of it.
Ronbo throws a head kick but Lecter moves out of range.
Lecter ducks under a wild hook from Ronbo.
Ronbo darts in and clinches Lecter up against the cage.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ronnie Ronbo dominated that round.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

A frustrated look appears on Ronbo's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Lecter tries to stall but Ronbo uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Ronbo working the clinch nicely. Lecter is working for position but Ronbo cracks him with a big knee to the head! Lecter crumples up against the cage and Ronbo lands two more shots before the ref can save Lecter! This one is all over!

An out of breath Ronnie Ronbo thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
In defeat, Hannibal Lecter stepped up to the mic, saying 'You may have beaten me in the cage, but you will never be safe.
