Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Van Deinsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sozu Arghei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Van Deinsen comes to the cage accompanied by Bonafide - Dirtbound. Sozu Arghei has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Van Deinsen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sozu Arghei! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Arghei stuffs the takedown attempt from Van Deinsen. Van Deinsen gets slowly back to his feet. Arghei throws a body punch but Van Deinsen moves out of range. Arghei looks to land a left hand but Van Deinsen moved out of range nicely. Arghei throws a lazy right hand but Van Deinsen sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Van Deinsen shoots in but no luck this time. Arghei lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like John Van Deinsen has been cut. Arghei comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. No luck with that takedown attempt from Van Deinsen. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Van Deinsen. That's going to take a lot out of him. No luck with that takedown attempt from Van Deinsen. Van Deinsen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Arghei swivels and escapes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Arghei will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Arghei is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Van Deinsen defending well as Arghei loads up on a big left hand. Sozu Arghei is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice shot by Arghei. Van Deinsen steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Arghei. Van Deinsen shoots for a double leg takedown but Arghei sprawls well. He's pushed Van Deinsen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Van Deinsen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Arghei but Arghei pushes him off and we're back to square one. A cross from Arghei lands.
Van Deinsen is rocked! Van Deinsen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Arghei.
Oh Van Deinsen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Arghei lands a body shot.
Arghei throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Van Deinsen crashing down! Van Deinsen tries to stagger back to his feet but Arghei just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Van Deinsen asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sozu Arghei! Sozu Arghei seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
