Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bas Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anders Ohlsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Anders Ohlsson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belfort tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Belfort wants to control the pace but Ohlsson is squirming around nicely.

Belfort has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Ohlsson's body.
Belfort is hanging on to Ohlsson's back as he tries to escape.

Belfort has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
I really don't envy Ohlsson right now.

A bone on bone clash there as Ohlsson blocks the leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ohlsson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Belfort - the referee stops the clock and Ohlsson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Belfort. Ohlsson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Belfort connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Ohlsson! He's out on his feet! Belfort rushes in and drops Ohlsson with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
