Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eldon Pena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolaev Kodveinko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eldon Pena looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eldon Pena! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nikolaev Kodveinko! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pena looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kodveinko is fending him off so far but Pena persists. Nope, Kodveinko circles away and we're back to standing. Kodveinko drives through and clinches with Pena against the cage.
Pena tries to pull guard but Kodveinko holds him up against the cage and eventually Pena drops back down to his feet.
Kodveinko jumps guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Kodveinko wants to stand up but Pena is controlling him. Pena might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kodveinko is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kodveinko trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Kodveinko looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's one minute gone in the round. Pena tries to free his leg and advance position but Kodveinko is retaining full guard. Pena wants to stand and escape but instead Kodveinko has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Kodveinko is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Pena keeping full guard, as Kodveinko tries to pass. Kodveinko is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Pena looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kodveinko is one step ahead there. Kodveinko trying to stand up but can't free himself from Pena's guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Nikolaev Kodveinko. Kodveinko closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Pena quickly recovers to half guard. Pena could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kodveinko misses with a head shot. Pena uses the momentum to regain guard. Kodveinko controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Kodveinko slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. This has been an exciting period of action! Kodveinko is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Pena knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kodveinko tries for a kimura but Pena is defending well. Kodveinko tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Pena tries to bench press Kodveinko off him but Kodveinko keeps the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kodveinko wants to stand but Pena has his arm trapped. Kodveinko slows the pace down. Kodveinko wants to stand but Pena is controlling his arm. Kodveinko is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Pena will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Kodveinko decides to take the fight back to the feet. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kodveinko closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Pena to the mat! Pena manages to get full guard. Kodveinko distracts Pena with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nikolaev Kodveinko dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Pena takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kodveinko looking to score a takedown here. Pena is defending well but Kodveinko drives through and ends up in Pena's guard. Kodveinko is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Kodveinko is pushing down on Pena's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pena is fighting to maintain full guard but Kodveinko has managed to sneak the leg through. Pena on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pena trying to hold on to Kodveinko's head to control him but Kodveinko postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kodveinko is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pena is just riding it out for now. Kodveinko eventually gives up the hold. It looks like Kodveinko is going to stand back up.
Pena has hold of Kodveinko's hands but Kodveinko slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Kodveinko working the head and body with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pena tries to get to full guard but Kodveinko has control of the leg. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kodveinko passes the guard and advances to mount! Kodveinko fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
It looks like Eldon Pena has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pena takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Kodveinko with good strikes from the mount here!
Pena is rocked! Kodveinko unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Pena wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Kodveinko celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nikolaev Kodveinko!
