Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michal Wegrzyn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Allen Brian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Allen Brian! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wegrzyn throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Brian was covering up waiting for the punch and Wegrzyn finishes the takedown easily into guard. Wegrzyn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brian swivels though and keeps the full guard. Brian has control of Wegrzyn's left arm, preventing Wegrzyn from doing any damage. Brian wants to sweep but no luck. Wegrzyn tries to free his leg and advance position but Brian is retaining full guard. Brian keeping moving, preventing Wegrzyn from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A leg kick checked by Brian. Wegrzyn is trying hard to land a takedown here. Brian sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Wegrzyn shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Brian defends it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wegrzyn misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michal Wegrzyn. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wegrzyn fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Wegrzyn shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brian sprawls well. Brian wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wegrzyn gets slowly back to his feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Wegrzyn. Brian shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Brian trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Brian engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Brian makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brian works a leg free and moves into half guard. Brian perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Brian working over Wegrzyn with some ground and pound. Wegrzyn looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Brian performing his best blanket impression for a moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Allen Brian was stalling too much, according to the referee. Wegrzyn with a lazy takedown attempt so Brian counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Wegrzyn trying to keep a closed guard but Brian is proving a slippery customer.
Brian is stalling in the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Allen Brian has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Wegrzyn closes the distance and clinches up with Brian, looking for a takedown. Wegrzyn pushes Brian against the cage but Brian circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wegrzyn is defended easily by Brian. Brian leaves Wegrzyn with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Wegrzyn is breathing heavily. A momentary lapse in concentration from Wegrzyn enables Brian to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wegrzyn manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Brian postures up in Wegrzyn's guard and throws a big left but Wegrzyn blocks it. Brian slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Brian would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Allen Brian dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Brian shoots in and gets a takedown into Wegrzyn's guard. Wegrzyn has a closed guard, preventing Brian from standing up. Brian avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Brian must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Brian is stalling in the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brian trying to control the position from guard on top but Wegrzyn is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Allen Brian. Wegrzyn fails to land the takedown. Wegrzyn tries to score a power double leg takedown but Brian sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wegrzyn somewhat. Brian pushes Wegrzyn up against the cage in a clinch. Brian manages to break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brian closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Brian lands a takedown into guard.
Brian wants to stand but Wegrzyn has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Wegrzyn can't keep his opponent in guard - Brian advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Brian trying to mount his opponent but Wegrzyn defends it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brian is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Allen Brian. Brian shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wegrzyn napping and manages to drive through into side control! Wegrzyn is looking to reverse the position. Wegrzyn is working to avoid the ground and pound but Brian connects with a decent elbow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brian controls the position. You can see the frustration on Wegrzyn's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Brian tries to advance position but instead Wegrzyn slips a leg back in to half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wegrzyn tries to roll over but Brian keeps him under control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Allen Brian showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Wegrzyn drops back looking for a leg! Brian is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brian manages to kick Wegrzyn off! Wegrzyn jumps back into Brian's guard. Wegrzyn is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Brian wants to sweep but no luck. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brian can do anything to dispel that myth. Brian keeping moving, preventing Wegrzyn from controlling successfully. Brian has Wegrzyn pulled in close to control his posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brian is looking to stand up but Wegrzyn isn't so interested in that idea. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Brian working a defensive guard here.

Wegrzyn quickly recovers to half guard. Wegrzyn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Brian pulls his head out easily. Brian is looking to take a break and control but Wegrzyn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Allen Brian hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Wegrzyn closes the distance and clinches up with Brian, looking for a takedown. Wegrzyn pushes Brian against the cage but Brian circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Wegrzyn misses with a takedown and Brian counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Brian gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wegrzyn to score an easy takedown into full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Brian pulls Wegrzyn in to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wegrzyn wants to pass the guard but Brian is keeping the position. Brian has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Brian has his foot on Wegrzyn's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wegrzyn works his way back into a safe position though. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Brian holds on and takes a little breather. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Wegrzyn pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Brian is keeping the position for now. Brian wants to get back to his feet but Wegrzyn is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brian with a couple of shots from the bottom there - nothing Wegrzyn can't handle though.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michal Wegrzyn. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice sprawl there from Brian as Wegrzyn shoots in. Michal Wegrzyn has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Allen Brian is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Brian uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wegrzyn.
And that's the end of the fight! Allen Brian comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Brian has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
