Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roscoe Erickson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Calvin Harris!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erickson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Erickson wants it to stay on the feet.
Harris shoots in and drives through. Erickson sprawls well.
Harris darts in trying to clinch
and Erickson counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Erickson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
No luck for Harris with that takedown attempt.
Roscoe Erickson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Calvin Harris.
Erickson shoots in and drives through. Harris sprawls well.
Erickson clinches up with Harris and pushes him back against the cage.
Harris has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Erickson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Erickson prevents Harris from breaking the clinch.
Erickson decides to pull guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Erickson is trying to keep Harris in close.
Erickson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Harris!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Erickson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Harris is working to get back to half guard.
Harris is still trying to improve position.
Erickson wants to finish this one by submission but Harris is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Erickson.
Erickson throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Erickson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Harris wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Erickson.
Erickson trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Erickson looking to finish Harris with some ground and pound. This is bad for Harris!
Erickson wants to control the pace but Harris is squirming around nicely.
Harris tries to hold on but Erickson postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Harris is looking to improve his position but Erickson isn't that keen on the idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Harris defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Erickson.
Harris is arching his back trying to strike from the bottom but Erickson turns him over and now has his back.
Erickson controls the position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Harris is taking damage to the body and head.
Erickson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Erickson is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Erickson doesn't have the hooks in and Harris manages to turn into his guard.
Erickson throws a nice elbow from the bottom.
Erickson wants to sweep here but Harris controlling him for the moment.
Erickson is trying to control the position but Harris postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Erickson is looking to cinch up a triangle. Harris throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Erickson's body to avoid the submission. Erickson has instead reached around Harris's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Erickson arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
