Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rolland Vance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leevan Severn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severn's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Severn duly obliges.

It looks like Rolland Vance has been cut.

Severn throws a jab but it's blocked by Vance.

and Vance counters with an inside leg kick.
Vance could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Severn tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Vance is able to avoid easily.

Leevan Severn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Severn will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Severn bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Vance takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Severn looks to land a combination but Vance avoids it well.
