The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Dingley as Crumpton shoots in.
James Crumpton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No joy there for Dingley, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Crumpton lands a head kick!
Dingley fails to land with a series of punches.
Dingley misses with a wild combination.
Crumpton pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Crumpton closes the distance and clinches up with Dingley, looking for a takedown. Crumpton pushes Dingley against the cage but Dingley circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Crumpton avoids a punch combination nicely.
Crumpton moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Dingley throws a right and a left that Crumpton avoids nicely.
Nice takedown defense from Dingley. No joy for Crumpton on that attempt.
Crumpton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dingley swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dingley lands with a nice combination. Crumpton backs away looking to recover.

Dingley keeps the fight on the outside.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and Dingley counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

The fighters circle momentarily. Dingley darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Dingley clobbers Crumpton with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Crumpton is trying desperately to land a takedown but Dingley is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Crumpton.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Nice combo by Dingley! Oh, that's hurt him - Crumpton falls to the canvas and Dingley follows him into side control.

Crumpton wants to control but Dingley postures up.
Crumpton is still in real trouble! Can Dingley finish him?
Dingley tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Crumpton seems to have recovered his senses.
Crumpton is looking for a sweep.

Crumpton throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.

Dingley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Crumpton on the ground.
Crumpton holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dingley stands up and beckons Crumpton to his feet.
Crumpton closes the distance and clinches up with Dingley, looking for a takedown. Crumpton pushes Dingley against the cage but Dingley circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Crumpton takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Dingley falls off balance throwing a combination

and Crumpton counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dingley won't be happy with that.

Dingley prevents Crumpton from improving position.
Dingley tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Crumpton lands with some strikes.
Dingley's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Crumpton takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Crumpton lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Crumpton content just to control the position here.

Crumpton with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

James Crumpton comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Dingley has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
