Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between crash punch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jt Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). punch comes to the cage accompanied by in the end. crash punch has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, crash punch! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jt Austin! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! punch rushes Austin and presses him up against the cage. Austin can't break the clinch.
punch goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
punch is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Austin wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. A right hook to the body lands for Austin.
The is referee keeping an eye on punch - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Austin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. punch closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - punch lands in his opponent's guard. Austin keeping moving, preventing punch from controlling successfully. punch in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Austin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Austin is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Austin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. punch manages to get himself to full guard.
Austin tries to free his leg and advance position but punch is retaining full guard. Austin is looking to stand up but punch won't let him. Austin looks gassed! Austin postures up.
Austin prevents punch from getting back to his feet. Austin advances to half guard. Austin thows a huge punch but punch dodges it nicely.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A shot to de liver by punch. Beautiful body shot. punch throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Austin's head. Austin closes the distance but punch moves to the side and punch counters with a low kick, right behind Austin 's knee.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Austin stuffs the takedown. crash punch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Austin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from punch.
Austin tries to clinch up but punch circles away and keeps his distance. Austin misses with a takedown and punch counters with a one-two to the body. punch paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Austin has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from punch finds it's way round the side to connect with Austin's head. punch works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. punch gets the takedown into side control. Austin is looking for a sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. punch working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Austin manages to work his way to half guard, despite punch's best efforts.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Austin tries to get to full guard but punch has control of the leg. Austin trying to control but punch postures up.
punch performing his best blanket impression for a moment. punch knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Austin on the ground. punch tries to pass to full mount but Austin defends it. Austin looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Austin is refusing to be controlled, as punch sits in half guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Austin shoots and misses and punch counters with a nice body kick.
punch fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Austin, pushing him back against the cage. Austin breaks the clinch.
punch lands a jab to Austin's midsection. punch takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
crash punch dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
punch rushes Austin and presses him up against the cage. Austin scores with a nice hook to the head. Austin drops down looking for an ankle pick but punch pulls his leg out and moves away.
Austin misses with a jab, cross combination.
punch jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Austin stuffs the takedown. punch shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than punch was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! punch working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. punch looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
That's one minute gone in the round. Austin is squirming around, avoiding punch's attempts to control the action. Austin holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as punch tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Austin is looking to get to half guard. punch wants to control the pace but Austin is squirming around nicely. Austin bucks up and throws punch to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! Left hook, right uppercut from punch. Austin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but punch moves away. Austin scores with a jab to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. A left and a right from punch both land. Nice combination. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from punch. punch forces Austin back against the cage and clinches. Austin breaks the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Austin looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Austin blocks a head kick by punch.
Austin moves into the clinch successfully.
punch wants to break the clinch but can't.
punch working aggressively here.
Austin taking a breather. Austin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
punch feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Austin's calf.
That's three minutes gone in the round. punch throws a right hand that Austin ducks under and follows up with a left that Austin also avoids with ease. Austin with a lazy takedown attempt and punch counters with a nice low kick that buckles Austin's knee momentarily. Austin moves in looking to clinch but punch pushes him off. Austin shoots for a takedown but punch saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. crash punch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jt Austin. Austin scores with a takedown into punch's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. punch is looking to stand up but Austin isn't so interested in that idea. punch throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Austin works a leg free and moves into half guard. punch tries to get to full guard but Austin has control of the leg.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if punch tries to get out of the position. It looks like Austin is going to stand back up.

Austin on the wrong end of a nice jab. punch rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Austin moves out of range and avoids them all easily. punch wants to clinch. punch throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Austin. Austin shoots in but no luck this time. punch throws a sloppy head kick and Austin holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Austin is trying to maintain a safe position but punch gets an underhook and turns Austin into the cage. Austin blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A quick uppercut on the inside from punch. Austin breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Austin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by punch. punch with a lazy takedown attempt so Austin counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. That's going to take a lot out of him. punch controls Austin momentarily but Austin frees himself. punch working for a triangle but Austin defends it easily.

punch is really struggling to control Austin but he's trying to hold on to the position. punch manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Austin trying to control the position but punch is working away. Jt Austin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Austin stands up and beckons punch to his feet. Austin tries to clinch but punch is having none of it. Austin misses with a double jab
and punch counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Jt Austin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think punch has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
