Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

25 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Perlito Calzada!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lambada tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Calzada swivels and escapes.
Lambada looks to land a right hand but Calzada moved out of range.
Lambada misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lambada misses with a double jab.
Lambada shoots for a double leg takedown but Calzada sprawls well. He's pushed Lambada's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Calzada keeps Lambada at a distance using the push kick.
Calzada misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lambada.
Lambada rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Calzada moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Lambada manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Calzada on his heels. He'll look to pass Calzada's guard now, I'm sure.
Lambada wants to control from the top but Calzada keeps moving.
Calzada pulls Lambada in close to his closed guard and prevents Lambada from doing any damage or advancing position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Calzada manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lambada manages to get himself to full guard.

Calzada has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lambada can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Lassi Lambada has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Calzada connects with a leg kick. Lambada looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Calzada is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lambada.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Calzada looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Lambada turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Lambada manages to end up in side control.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Lambada wants to control for a moment but Calzada uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
Calzada wants to control but Lambada is keeping busy.
Lambada perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Calzada is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Calzada makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Calzada.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Calzada stuffs the takedown.
Lambada doesn't manage to clinch there - Calzada circles away.

Lambada has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Lambada keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Calzada's efforts to push away.

Lambada tries to score a body lock takedown but Calzada shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Lambada is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Calzada gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Lambada darts in looking for a takedown but Calzada gets double underhooks and turns Lambada into the cage.

Lambada shoots in looking for a takedown. Calzada tries to sprawl out of it but Lambada keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Calzada manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Calzada connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lambada. Lambada circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Lambada looks to score with a jab to the body but Calzada is just out of range.
Calzada lands a head kick. Lambada smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Calzada throws a low kick but Lambada avoids it.
Calzada lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Lambada can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Calzada and Lambada drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Calzada.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Perlito Calzada!
In his post fight interview, Perlito Calzada started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
