Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alonzo Witt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Allen Key (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Allen Key will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Allen Key! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Witt dodges the punch combination from Key.
Witt avoids the body shot from Key.
Key moves to clinch but Witt breaks away and Witt counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Witt looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Witt throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Key controlling the position well. Witt sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Key defending well though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Key wants to get back to full guard but Witt has passed into side control. Witt could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Witt tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Witt tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Key is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Witt wants to control but Key is keeping him busy.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Alonzo Witt. Witt tests Key's chin there with a solid looking shot. Witt avoids a punch combination nicely.

Key tries to clinch up but Witt circles away and keeps his distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Key lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Witt circles away quickly and effectively. Key feints a jab promting Witt to slip. Key then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Witt slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Alonzo Witt has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Key scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Witt is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Key is controlling him well. Witt struggling a bit here. Witt tries to strike from the bottom but misses. Key decides to stand back up. Key steps back and let's Witt get back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Witt gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Key to score an easy takedown into full guard. Key looks winded! Key wants to stand but Witt is controlling his posture from full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Witt enables Key to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Witt manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Key throwing strikes but missing. Key would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Witt might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Witt is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Key defends well. Witt working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Key. Witt thows a huge punch but Key dodges it nicely.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Key misses with the combination.
Key throws a front kick aimed at Witt's knee but Witt avoids it well. Key circles away from the clinch attempt.
Key slips a straight right by Witt. Key shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Witt trying to control from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Witt regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Key. Key engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Key wants to stand and escape but instead Witt has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Witt postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Allen Key showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Alonzo Witt's cut. That's time! Witt's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

and Witt counters with a shoot takedown. Key fights it but they end up in guard. Witt missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Witt in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Witt wants to control from the top but Key keeps moving. Witt is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Key is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Witt slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

We're going to have a standup here because Alonzo Witt wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Witt tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Key fails in his attempt to clinch. Witt is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Key. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Key fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Key gets tackled into the cage by Witt. Witt maintains the clinch. Witt is trying to pull guard but Key has him pressed against the cage. Key drags the fight down to the ground.
Witt wanted to stand there but Key had control of the position. Witt with a nice head shot there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Key looking to hit a scissor sweep but Witt is one step ahead there. Witt slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Alonzo Witt. I think Key has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
