PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter Stumpp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Murry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stumpp comes into the arena with Macabre - Werewolf Of Bedburg blaring out of the sound system. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Peter Stumpp!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Murry!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Steven Brown and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Murry drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Murry jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Murry has hold of Stumpp's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Stumpp manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Peter Stumpp really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Alpha Male logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
