Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yang takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Yang throws a leg kick but Brewer sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Yang tries to score with a low kick but Brewer moves his leg out of the way.

Yang felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Brewer has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Brewer and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Brewer feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Brewer, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
