Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Lunar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Twelf Thermandin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thermandin has chosen Prelude 12 by Styx as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lunar fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Thermandin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Thermandin moves out of range as Lunar throws a body kick.
Lunar swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lunar walks into a straight right hand from Thermandin.
Thermandin moves in looking to clinch but Lunar pushes him off.
Lunar blocks a head kick by Thermandin.
Lunar throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Lunar.
Thermandin tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Lunar gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Thermandin to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Thermandin throws a strike but Lunar rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Thermandin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lunar swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Thermandin shoots in for a takedown but Lunar shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Thermandin lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Thermandin wants to clinch up but Lunar keeps it at a distance.

Thermandin clobbers Lunar with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Lunar throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Thermandin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lunar, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
