Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mason Capwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Lockley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Capwell comes to the cage accompanied by The Haunted - 99. Lockley has chosen Disney's Gummy Bears Intro (Rus) as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 15 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mason Capwell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Kevin Lockley! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Dmitry Maklakov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Capwell lands with a nice body punch. Lockley lands with a cross. Capwell lands with a shot to the body. Capwell gets a clinch. Lockley misses with a short punch on the inside. Capwell has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lockley avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Lockley fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Lockley. Lockley tries to throw a body punch but Capwell avoids it by throwing Lockley back against the cage. Capwell is stalling here.
Capwell is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Lockley is keeping busy. Lockley misses with a body punch.
Capwell has clasped his hands together around Lockley's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Capwell creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sloppy strikes there by Capwell. Lockley tries to strike but it doesn't land. Capwell is putting a hurting on Lockley here, landing some big shots from side control. Capwell throwing shots but missing, from side control. We've been hearing good reports from Capwell's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Capwell lands some shots froms side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lockley can't do much from the bottom here. Capwell working the body and head with strikes. Capwell in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Lockley parries the strikes from Capwell easily there. Capwell is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Lockley to escape.
Lockley tries to buck Capwell off but Capwell is having none of it. Lockley defending against the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Capwell working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Capwell looks up at the clock and then as Lockley takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Capwell smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Capwell in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Capwell landing strikes.
It looks like Kevin Lockley has been cut. Lockley tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Capwell wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Capwell wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lockley keeps working. Capwell cracks Lockley with a big right hand but Lockley just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Lockley is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Lockley regains half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lockley is looking to escape. Capwell thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Capwell looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Capwell has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Capwell trying to control from half guard but Lockley is working away. Capwell controlling the action here. Capwell is trying to control. Lockley wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Mason Capwell has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Lockley tries to land a front kick but Capwell steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Lockley misses with a wild body shot. Lockley will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Capwell tries to clinch there but Lockley circles away.
Lockley throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Capwell scores with a hook to the body. Lockley takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Lockley walks into a left hand. Lockley throws a chopping leg kick but Capwell manages to avoid taking any serious damage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lockley moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lockley misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Capwell.
Capwell misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Capwell throws a poor cross that misses
and Lockley counters with a leg kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mason Capwell dominated that round. The cut man is working on Kevin Lockley's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Capwell gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Lockley lands a jab to the head.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Lockley. Capwell just misses with a punch to the body.
Lockley lands the left hand. Lockley lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Lockley is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Capwell lands a head shot. Lockley just misses with a punch to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round. Lockley lands a jab to the nose. Capwell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lockley was well out of range. Poor timing from Capwell. Capwell throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lockley stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Lockley displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Capwell throws out the jab. Capwell comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Lockley throws a series of punches but Capwell avoids them all with ease. Capwell fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Lockley lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Capwell is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lockley lands a body shot.

Capwell avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Lockley throws a low kick but Capwell avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Capwell closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Capwell throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Capwell is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Capwell seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lockley does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Lockley wants to get back to full guard. Lockley is holding on to half guard well. Lockley avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Capwell. Lockley trying to hold on to Capwell's head to control him but Capwell postures up.
Capwell working over Lockley with some ground and pound. Lockley looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lockley works his way to full guard. Good work. Capwell postures up in Lockley's guard and throws a big left but Lockley blocks it. Capwell wants to control from the top but Lockley keeps moving. Lockley manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Lockley trying to control but he's not successful this time. Capwell bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Capwell trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Capwell engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Lockley preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Capwell is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Capwell might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Capwell stopping the sweep attempt from Lockley. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lockley tries to strike from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Kevin Lockley will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Kevin Lockley's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Capwell closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Lockley has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Capwell throws a body punch but Lockley moves out of range. Capwell lands a jab to the nose. Kevin Lockley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Capwell crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lockley - the referee stops the clock and Capwell gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lockley. Capwell manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Capwell throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lockley works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Capwell lands a body shot.

Lockley uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Capwell. Capwell checks a low kick from Lockley. Kevin Lockley seems to be getting the better of the standup. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nice defenses there by Lockley. Capwell has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lockley finds it's way round the side to connect with Capwell's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lockley fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Capwell is out of range. Capwell closes the distance and clinches up with Lockley, looking for a takedown. Capwell pushes Lockley against the cage but Lockley circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Capwell walks into a straight right hand from Lockley. Capwell takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Lockley rushes Capwell with punches - Capwell moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Capwell goes down! Lockley follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
