18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gigantor Ubereem! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ubereem looks to land a left hand but Plimpton moved out of range nicely. Ubereem thows a body shot but no joy. Ubereem throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Plimpton counters with a flying knee. Nice. Plimpton gets in close and instigates a clinch. Plimpton throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Plimpton misses with some punches.

Plimpton breaks from the clinch.
Plimpton clinches. Still in the clinch, Plimpton scores with a nice short uppercut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Plimpton lands an elbow inside. Plimpton misses with an elbow over the top. Plimpton is trying to force a seperation but Ubereem has the dominant position. We've been hearing reports that Plimpton has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Plimpton breaks the clinch.
Ubereem lands the left hand.
It looks like Randal Plimpton has been cut. Ubereem fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ubereem fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ubereem has closed the distance and engaged Plimpton in a clinch.
Plimpton pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Plimpton jumps guard and drags Ubereem to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Ubereem with a flurry of punches that miss. Plimpton preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Plimpton looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ubereem is one step ahead there. Plimpton is working hard here to advance position. Ubereem throws a big right hand that misses. Ubereem throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Plimpton works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ubereem stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Plimpton has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Ubereem manages to get his head free but now Plimpton has transitioned to an armbar! Ubereem grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Plimpton! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

Randal Plimpton very nearly forgot to thank Demon Clothing Company and Laundy amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name.
