20 - 24 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Kralaiev! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kralaiev getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Sanford pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A big left from Kralaiev misses. Fred Sanford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kralaiev tries to clinch and Sanford counters with a slapping leg kick. Kralaiev lands a jab to the head.

Sanford stalls. Kralaiev tries to land knees in the clinch but Sanford avoids the damage to the body. Sanford is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Sanford misses with a knee strike.

Kralaiev has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kralaiev there as he acknowledges the shot. Kralaiev on the wrong end of a nice hook. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Fred Sanford will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's time! Back to the action!

Sanford tries to score with a low kick but Kralaiev moves his leg out of the way. Sanford throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sanford stuns Kralaiev with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Kralaiev misses with a head kick.
Sanford attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Kralaiev looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Kralaiev misses with a body shot.

A head kick misses from Kralaiev. Kralaiev tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sanford paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanford looks to land a combination but Kralaiev avoids it well. Sanford drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Kralaiev right on the button. Kralaiev goes down! Sanford follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Sanford gets the win via TKO!
