Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Charles Nation (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Charles Nation! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brian Harris! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris lands with a cross.
It looks like Charles Nation has been cut. Nation closes the distance and clinches. Harris can't break the clinch.
Nation manages to break the clinch.
Harris bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Harris throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Nation lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Harris circles away quickly and effectively. Nation thows a body shot but no joy. Nation misses with the combination.
Nation showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Harris.
Nation looks to clinch and Harris counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Harris fails to land with a series of punches.
Nation takes one on the button. Nation has closed the distance and engaged Harris in a clinch.
Nation tries a body shot but Harris blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice body punch from Harris - that landed with a thud.
Nation breaks from the clinch.
Harris stalks Nation and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Nation's face. Nation staggers backwards, shaken. Harris lands a jab-cross combination.
Nation is rocked!
Charles Nation's cut is getting worse. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Harris swats away the attempt to clinch by Nation. Nation gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Nation on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Harris tries to bum rush Nation with a series of wild strikes but Nation uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Harris connects with a nice looking jab.
Harris connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Nation momentarily.
Charles Nation's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Harris has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Nation is landing a low percentage of strikes. Harris swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nation takes one on the button.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harris circles away from the clinch attempt and Harris counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Harris uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Nation has time to react. The crowd cheers as Harris lands an impressive looking overhand right. Nation doesn't seem phased though.
Jeez, Charles Nation's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Nation takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Oh Nation is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! We've been hearing reports that Nation has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Nation throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Harris's head. Nation seems to have got his legs back now. Harris scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Nation beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Charles Nation's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Brian Harris!
