Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isiah Acer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marciano comes to the cage accompanied by Kid Charlemagne. The crowd seem to be enjoying Acer's choice of entrance music: Mad at Gravity- Burn. Rocky Marciano has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Marciano takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and Marciano connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Isiah Acer has been cut.
Acer throws a head kick but Marciano moves out of range.
Acer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Marciano circles away.
Rocky Marciano has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Isiah Acer.
Marciano takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Acer throws a lazy right hand but Marciano sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Acer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Marciano moves away.

Acer feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Marciano's calf.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Acer lands a slapping body shot.
Acer fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Marciano avoids it really well and circles away.
Acer misses with a straight right.
Marciano has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Marciano there as he acknowledges the shot.

Marciano uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Acer.

Acer lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Marciano at a distance.

Isiah Acer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The crowd cheers as Acer lands an impressive looking overhand right. Marciano doesn't seem phased though.

and Marciano makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Acer takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Acer misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Acer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Marciano was well out of range. Poor timing from Acer.
Acer throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Marciano on the side of the head.
Marciano takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Acer just misses with a punch to the body.
Marciano doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Some wild striking there from Acer.
Marciano keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Nice straight punches there by Acer. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Acer.
Acer throws a body punch but Marciano moves out of range.

Marciano on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Acer tries to land a front kick but Marciano steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Acer shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Marciano napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Marciano parries the strikes from Acer easily there. Acer is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Marciano to escape.

Marciano manages to escape to a better position under a series of strikes. Acer is now in side control.

Isiah Acer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Acer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
