Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gino Haley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Punisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punisher has chosen The Punishment as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haley has Punisher up against the cage in a clinch.
Punisher has had enough of the clinch but Haley keeps him there for the moment.
Haley tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Haley prevents the takedown attempt.
Haley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Haley is defended easily by Punisher.
Punisher drops Haley with a beautiful combination! Haley stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Punisher is looking for the KO!
It looks like Gino Haley has been cut.
Gino Haley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Haley tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Punisher manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Punisher rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Haley moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Haley misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Punisher swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Haley counters with a nice low kick that buckles Punisher's knee momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Haley throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A combination from Punisher does no damage.
Punisher throws a series of punches but Haley moves out of range.
Punisher misses with a double jab.

Haley is rocked!
Haley will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Oh Haley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Punisher tried to score with a low kick but Haley checks it.
Haley seems to have got his legs back now.
Haley dodges the punch combination from Punisher.
Punisher throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Haley closes the distance and clinches.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Punisher has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Haley misses with a body punch.
Punisher scores with a nice hook to the head.
Haley is stalling here.
Punisher wants to break free but Haley has control.
Haley has Punisher pressed against the cage, preventing Punisher from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Haley jumps guard but Punisher stands there with Haley around his waist. Haley gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gino Haley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A frustrated look appears on Punisher's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Haley tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Punisher just stands there and leans against the cage.
Haley changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Punisher fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Haley closes the distance but Punisher moves to the side
and Punisher counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Haley! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Punisher!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). The Punisher!
The Punisher decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
