Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Slyker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artur Hawkwing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Slyker might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to It's Amazing by Kanye West. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Columbo Gatti and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slyker looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Slyker working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Slyker connects with a nice short shot to Hawkwing's temple.

Slyker looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hawkwing with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Slyker scores with a big shot! Hawkwing's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Hawkwing! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

A very excited looking Cain Slyker made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
