Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Li Kong Ho!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Alyssa Summers and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Teeto looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Teeto looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Ho is wriggling around but Teeto manages to pass to half guard.
Ho is trying to escape back to his feet but Teeto uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Teeto decides to stand back up.

Teeto shoots in and bounces Ho off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Ho wants to stand but Teeto is controlling the position.

Teeto sitting in guard here, content to control.
Teeto prevents Ho from getting back to his feet.

Teeto decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Ho scores with a jab to the head.
Teeto tests Ho's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Teeto throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ho throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Teeto.
Teeto throws an overhand right that lands on Ho's shoulder, as Ho tries to avoid the shot.
Ho tries a low kick but Teeto avoids it.
Teeto shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ho as he avoids it easily.
Teeto is breathing heavily.
Teeto takes a jab right on the kisser.
Ho throws a head kick that misses
and Teeto counters with an outside leg kick.
Ho throws a head kick that misses.
Li Kong Ho is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Teeto looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Teeto scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Teeto forces Ho back against the cage and clinches.

Teeto pulls Ho into guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Teeto has a closed guard, preventing Ho from standing up.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ho wants to stand and escape but instead Teeto has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


A head kick misses from Ho.

Teeto rushes Ho and presses him up against the cage.

Teeto gets control of Ho's arms and successfully pulls guard. Teeto will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Ho wanted to stand there but Teeto had control of the position.
Ho wants to stand and escape but instead Teeto has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Teeto controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Ho is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Teeto is controlling him.
Ho is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Teeto is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ho sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Ho staying out of range there.
Ho connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Teeto closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Teeto lands in his opponent's guard.

Teeto seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ho for as long as he can get away with.
Ho is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Teeto dives into side control.
Ho tries to escape but Teeto is in control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Teeto stands up and we're back to a striking position.
A slapping leg kick lands for Teeto.
Ho fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Teeto on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Ho lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Teeto at a distance.

Teeto moves into the clinch.
Ho wants to break the clinch but can't.
Ho can't break the clinch.
Teeto has Ho pressed against the cage, preventing Ho from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Ho is fighting off a takedown attempt but Teeto is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Ho to the mat. Ho regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Ho is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Teeto dives into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Teeto is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Ho will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ho tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Ho is trying to stand.
Ho is breathing heavily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Teeto takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!


Teeto looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Teeto checks a low kick from Ho.

Teeto gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Ho is looking to break free of the clinch but Teeto has double underhooks.

Teeto ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Teeto no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Ho wants to stand and escape but instead Teeto has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Teeto controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Teeto decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Ho throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Ho throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Teeto's head.
Teeto shoots for a takedown but Ho saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ho tries a head kick but it misses.

Teeto closes the distance and pushes Ho back into the cage.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Teeto breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Ho scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Teeto manages to mount him!

Teeto has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Ho really wants to buck Teeto off and get back to his feet.

Teeto stands up from mount. Strange move.
Mr Teeto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ho throws a sloppy head kick
and Teeto finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Ho plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Ho lands a high kick!
Li Kong Ho seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Ho lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Teeto clinches.

Teeto turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Teeto manages to end up in side control.
Ho is trying to get back to his feet.
Ho bucks up and tries to throw Teeto off but instead Teeto has got his back!

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ho has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Teeto misses with punches from the back.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Li Kong Ho has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Ho trying to get back to his feet but Teeto is in full control for now.

Teeto somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ho is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Mr Teeto is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Teeto working for a choke but Ho is defending well.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Teeto, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
