Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Owen Glyde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Zivko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Phil Schofield and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zivko throws a nice looking combination but Glyde bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Glyde takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Glyde fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Zivko avoids it really well and circles away.
A big right from Glyde misses.
Glyde has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Zivko throws a hook but Glyde blocks it.
Zivko works over Glyde's head and body with a nice combination.

Mario Zivko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Glyde throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Zivko lands a leg kick that knocks Glyde off balance momentarily.

Glyde is nestled in close to Zivko, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Glyde has hold of one of Zivko's legs. Zivko is fighting the takedown attempt but Glyde gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Glyde has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

It looks like Mario Zivko has been cut.

Glyde goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Zivko is on top in guard.

Zivko connects with a good right hand that stumbles Glyde. Glyde circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Zivko fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Glyde has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Zivko wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

A very excited looking Owen Glyde rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
