Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boogie Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ben Davidson had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams lands a nice hook to Davidson's body. Davidson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Williams manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Davidson on his heels. He'll look to pass Davidson's guard now, I'm sure.
Williams stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Davidson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Williams tries to pass the half guard into mount. Davidson knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Williams seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Williams dives in for a single leg takedown but Davidson sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Davidson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Williams tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Davidson avoids it.
Davidson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Davidson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Williams is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Williams is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Davidson is keeping busy.
Williams is working for takedown but Davidson is calmly controlling the position for now.
Davidson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ben Davidson will probably get the nod.

Davidson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Davidson tries to clinch up.
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch up but Davidson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Williams has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Davidson shoots in and bounces Williams off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
