Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harley Tran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lex The Warrior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harley Tran! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lex The Warrior! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Warrior shoots in looking for a takedown. Tran tries to sprawl out of it but The Warrior keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tran manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. The Warrior darts in looking for a takedown but Tran gets double underhooks and turns The Warrior into the cage. The Warrior is working for takedown but Tran is calmly controlling the position for now. Harley Tran has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lex The Warrior. The Warrior taking a breather. Tran tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. The Warrior smiles and moves away.
Tran has a takedown stuffed. Tran displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from The Warrior. The Warrior shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tran's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Tran wants to sweep but no luck. Tran seems keen to control The Warrior's posture. The Warrior is looking to work some ground and pound but Tran has wrist control. The Warrior engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Tran looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. The Warrior tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Tran counters with a flying knee. Nice.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tran swats away the attempt to clinch by The Warrior. Tran tries for a takedown but The Warrior sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Tran fails to land the takedown. The Warrior throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The Warrior tries to close the distance and clinch but Tran swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Tran takes one on the chin but seems OK.
It looks like Harley Tran has been cut. The Warrior shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Warrior slows the pace down in half guard. Let's hope that The Warrior has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The Warrior tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tran knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Lex The Warrior hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. The Warrior scores with a takedown into Tran's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Warrior is looking to stand up but Tran won't let him. The Warrior slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The Warrior tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The Warrior trying to control the position but Tran is working away. The Warrior scores with punches from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lex The Warrior dominated that round. The cut man is working on Harley Tran's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Tran fails with a takedown attempt. The Warrior fails to land the takedown. Lex The Warrior seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The Warrior scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Tran doesn't seem bothered though. The Warrior throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tran was covering up waiting for the punch and The Warrior finishes the takedown easily into guard. Tran wants to get back to his feet but The Warrior is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Tran is trying to keep The Warrior in close.
Lex The Warrior has got the better of the ground game so far. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Warrior in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The Warrior works a leg free and moves into half guard. The Warrior takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. The Warrior seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The Warrior stands up out of the half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tran gets caught flat footed, as The Warrior shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The Warrior decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The Warrior fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tran has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. The Warrior shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tran as he avoids it easily. Tran misses with a takedown attempt and The Warrior holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. The Warrior manages to break the clinch.
The Warrior throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Tran stumbling backwards into the cage! Tran bounces back off the cage towards The Warrior, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! The Warrior lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! The Warrior celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Lex The Warrior! An out of breath Lex The Warrior thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
