Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rovio's guard.
Anderson tries to free his leg and advance position but Rovio is retaining full guard.
Rovio is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Anderson trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Rovio manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Rovio postures up in Anderson's guard and throws a big left but Anderson blocks it.
I've been told that Rovio has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rovio wants to stand but Anderson is controlling his posture from full guard.
Anderson controls Rovio momentarily but Rovio frees himself.

Anderson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rovio is one step ahead there.

Rovio is working Anderson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Rovio postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Anderson is trying to keep Rovio in close.
Rovio with a flurry of punches that miss.
Rovio stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Anderson throws up his legs and catches Rovio in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Rovio tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Anderson! That came out of nowhere!
