Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Daniels!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Deere!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels blocks a head kick by Deere.

Daniels shoots in and gets a takedown into Deere's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Daniels looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Daniels is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Daniels engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Jack Daniels wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Daniels shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Deere's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Deere working a defensive guard here.
Daniels sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Deere's guard.
Still in half guard, Daniels seems content to control.
Deere really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Daniels. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Deere is looking to get back to is feet but Daniels passes into side control.
Daniels in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Daniels works to advance to full mount. Deere defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Deere takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Daniels has isolated one of Deere's arms. Deere looking to fight him off but Daniels twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Jack Daniels!
