Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Clemente Warner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, AA AA!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warner blocks the body kick.
Warner is looking to clinch but AA is avoiding it.
Warner tries to sprawl but AA drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Warner desperately trying to maintain half guard.
AA wants to advance to full mount but Warner doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Warner wants to improve his position but instead AA has moved into half guard.
AA is working for a submission of some sort.
AA looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

AA is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Warner sees it coming and defends easily.
AA is looking to advance position but Warner won't allow it.
AA gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
AA tries to clinch but Warner is having none of it.

AA shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Warner sprawls well. Warner wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. AA gets slowly back to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from AA is defended easily by Warner.
Warner buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Warner really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Warner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has AA pinned against the cage. AA gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
AA feints and as Warner raises his hands in defense, AA changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
AA trying to control the position from guard on top but Warner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

AA stands up from Warner's guard - AA perhaps looking for a knockout.
AA will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Warner will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Warner tries to score a power double leg takedown but AA sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Warner somewhat.
AA tries to clinch up.
AA closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Warner quickly recovers to half guard.

AA's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Warner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Warner will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

AA got a little sloppy there for a moment and Warner has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, AA has managed to get both his arms back between Warner's legs - danger averted.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

OK we're going to have a standup here. AA AA hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
AA closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
AA is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Warner drops to a knee looking for a takedown but AA gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Warner tries to circle away but AA has him pinned against the cage.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Clemente Warner.
AA goes for a double leg but Warner avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Warner continues to drive forward.

Warner pulls guard effortlessly.
AA is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
AA wants to pass the guard but Warner is keeping the position.
Warner is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. AA is aware though and is defending well.

AA AA showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

and AA counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
AA fails with an attempt to clinch.

Warner throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
AA shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Warner as he jumps to the side.
Warner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
AA closes the distance and clinches.
AA wants to take the fight to the mat but Warner manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
AA's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Warner looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from AA.

Warner thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on AA if he has to take too many more of those.
AA clinches up against the cage.
AA gets control of Warner's arms and successfully pulls guard. AA will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Warner postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! AA is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Warner, into his guard.

AA throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Warner was covering up waiting for the punch and AA finishes the takedown easily into guard.

and AA makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

AA stands and steps away. Warner gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

AA shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Warner napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Well AA has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
