And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Oscar Payne!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maynard misses with a kick to the body.
The fighters circling - Payne throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Payne misses with a body kick.
Payne throws a leg kick
and Maynard counters with a nice low kick that buckles Payne's knee momentarily.
Maynard moves out of range of the body kick from Payne.
Maynard keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Payne.
Maynard throws out a powerful jab.
Maynard throws out a leg kick but Payne moves out of range and Maynard only half commits.
Payne pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Payne moves in looking to clinch but Maynard pushes him off.
A punch lands to the side of Maynard 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Payne misses with a lunging right hand
and Maynard counters with a nice leg kick.
Maynard steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Payne.
Maynard lands a head kick!
Maynard tries to close the distance and clinch but Payne swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Maynard throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Payne lands a jab to the nose.
Maynard connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Maynard throws a head kick that half lands.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Payne takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Maynard throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Payne is rocked!
