Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Keyser Soze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Egeland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Soze comes to the cage accompanied by Momma said Knock you out. Egeland is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Jan Egeland. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soze throws a big shot that misses.
Keyser Soze seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Egeland might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Soze haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Egeland is looking for a sweep. Soze is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Egeland is refusing to be controlled, as Soze sits in half guard.
Soze thows a huge punch but Egeland dodges it nicely.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Egeland throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Soze connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Egeland on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Soze. Soze obviously looking to wear him down.

Soze throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Soze lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Egeland has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Egeland and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Egeland fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Soze looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Soze takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

and Egeland counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Soze thinking.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Egeland cracks Soze with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Egeland ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Soze moves away.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


Egeland tries to land a front kick but Soze steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

and Egeland counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Soze is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Soze walks forward, straight into a front kick from Egeland.
Egeland throws the left hand but Soze avoids the punch easily.
Egeland bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Soze's head.

and Egeland decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Soze's guard.

Soze controls Egeland momentarily but Egeland frees himself.
Egeland slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
