Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justice Naruhodo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Burns might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rock Master Scott & The Dynamic Three - The Roof Is On Fire. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Brian Burns! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Justice Naruhodo! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burns fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Naruhodo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Burns fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Naruhodo to the ground. Burns is now in Naruhodo's guard. Burns wants to pass the guard but Naruhodo is keeping the position. Naruhodo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Burns avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Naruhodo. Naruhodo tries to pass the half guard into mount. Burns knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Burns is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Steel Penn's Furious Styles, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Nice strikes from Naruhodo there. Naruhodo is pressing down on Burns's thigh, looking to free his foot. Burns is holding on for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Naruhodo is trying to control. Burns wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Naruhodo is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Nice strikes from Naruhodo there. Naruhodo trying to control from half guard but Burns is working away. That's two minutes gone in the round. Burns is staying active underneath Naruhodo, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Naruhodo takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Burns on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Naruhodo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. I've been told that Naruhodo has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game. Burns is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Naruhodo sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Burns defending well though. Naruhodo not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Naruhodo is trying to control the action in half guard but Burns is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Naruhodo throws a strike but Burns avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Burns keeping moving, preventing Naruhodo from controlling successfully.

Naruhodo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Burns keeping moving, preventing Naruhodo from controlling successfully. Burns looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Burns has his foot on Naruhodo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Naruhodo works his way back into a safe position though. Naruhodo must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Burns avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Naruhodo is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Naruhodo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Burns preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Naruhodo with a flurry of punches that miss. Naruhodo with a flurry of punches that miss. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Justice Naruhodo dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Burns is defending well but Naruhodo drives through and ends up in Burns's guard. Burns can't keep his opponent in guard - Naruhodo advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Naruhodo sitting and controlling from the half guard. Naruhodo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Burns's head. Naruhodo is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Naruhodo missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Burns avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Naruhodo. Burns has hold of Naruhodo's hands but Naruhodo slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Burns actively working from the bottom here. Naruhodo sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Burns defending well though. Naruhodo not landing any meaningful shots this time. Naruhodo thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Naruhodo misses with a head shot. Burns uses the momentum to regain guard. Naruhodo wants to pass the guard but Burns is keeping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Naruhodo controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Naruhodo postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Burns trying to control the position.
Burns is pulling down on Naruhodo's head. It's preventing any offense from Naruhodo, at least for the moment. Burns looking for a guillotine here but Naruhodo defends easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Naruhodo wants to control from the top but Burns keeps moving. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Naruhodo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Naruhodo engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Naruhodo postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Burns has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Naruhodo should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Burns has tightened it up now! Naruhodo should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Brian Burns! A very excited looking Brian Burns rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
