Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lex The Warrior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Stoica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lex The Warrior looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lex The Warrior! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrei Stoica! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Stoica or perhaps it was just good defense by The Warrior which made him look bad. The Warrior connects with a body shot. The fighters circle momentarily. Stoica darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Stoica tries to clinch up. Stoica looks for a takedown but The Warrior sprawls well. The Warrior shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Stoica is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The Warrior sitting in guard here, content to control. The Warrior thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Warrior trying to control but Stoica is working from the bottom. The Warrior showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Stoica wants to sweep here but The Warrior controlling him for the moment. The Warrior pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stoica is keeping the position for now. The Warrior scoring with punches to the head and body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The Warrior controls from within his opponent's guard. Stoica working a defensive guard here.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Stoica misses with a takedown attempt and The Warrior counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Lex The Warrior has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andrei Stoica. The Warrior pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Stoica looks like he's thinking about clinching though. The Warrior tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Stoica tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Stoica goes for a double leg but The Warrior avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as The Warrior continues to drive forward.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stoica is trying to pull guard but The Warrior turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. A battle for position here, against the cage. Stoica throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but The Warrior blocks it with crossed arms. Stoica tries for a takedown. No joy.
Stoica looks winded! Stoica pulls guard successfully.
The Warrior seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Stoica can't keep his opponent in guard - The Warrior advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Stoica is looking to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. The Warrior stalling. Stoica is trying to get back to full guard. The Warrior is thwarting Stoica's attempts to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stoica moves into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The Warrior postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Stoica is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of The Warrior, into his guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lex The Warrior dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Stoica stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Stoica wants it to stay on the feet. The Warrior shoots in looking for a takedown. Stoica tries to sprawl out of it but The Warrior keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stoica manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Stoica shoots for a takedown but The Warrior saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Sloppy strikes from Stoica. Those never looked like landing. Stoica closes the distance and clinches. The Warrior is looking to break free of the clinch but Stoica has double underhooks. Stoica jumps into guard, dragging The Warrior to the mat.
Stoica not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Warrior throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Stoica works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The Warrior wants to control from the top but Stoica keeps moving. Stoica wants to hit a switch here but The Warrior passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Stoica there! Stoica tries to hold on but The Warrior pushes him away. The Warrior looking to finish Stoica with some ground and pound. This is bad for Stoica! The Warrior jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Stoica manages to avoid the submission attempt. The Warrior happy to just control the position for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stoica is not content to let The Warrior control the position. The Warrior decides to stand back up. Stoica shoots in for a takedown but The Warrior shows good takedown defense. The Warrior dives in for a single leg takedown but Stoica sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lex The Warrior. That's going to take a lot out of him. The Warrior drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stoica jumps into guard, dragging The Warrior to the mat.

The Warrior gets to his feet - Stoica follows without any prompting. Stoica is looking to clinch but The Warrior is avoiding it.
Stoica darts in looking for a takedown but The Warrior gets double underhooks and turns Stoica into the cage. The Warrior has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Stoica is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Stoica tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. The Warrior smiles and moves away.
Stoica swats away the attempt to clinch by The Warrior.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stoica forces The Warrior back against the cage and clinches. The Warrior drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A right handed body shot lands from Stoica.
Stoica pulls The Warrior into guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stoica is on top in guard.
The Warrior throws his legs up looking for a submission but Stoica uses it to pass to side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Andrei Stoica will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Stoica fails with the takedown. The Warrior closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Stoica's guard. The Warrior tries to free his leg and advance position but Stoica is retaining full guard. Stoica can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as The Warrior controls the pace. Stoica keeping moving, preventing The Warrior from controlling successfully. Both fighters are breathing heavily. The Warrior advances position into side control! The Warrior tries to move into full mount but can't pass Stoica's legs.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Stoica's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The Warrior has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Stoica throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Stoica throws a nice looking combination but The Warrior bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. The Warrior chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Stoica can pounce on him.
Stoica fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The Warrior throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Stoica was covering up waiting for the punch and The Warrior finishes the takedown easily into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stoica wants to stand but The Warrior is controlling the position. The Warrior is stalling in the full guard. Stoica working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because The Warrior has passed into half guard!
The Warrior working over Stoica with some ground and pound. Stoica looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Warrior landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. The Warrior takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. The Warrior has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Stoica moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stoica working for a triangle but The Warrior defends it easily.
The Warrior connects with a couple of short punches. The Warrior trying to control but Stoica is working from the bottom. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The Warrior won't allow Stoica to get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Lex The Warrior showed his dominance in that final round. I think The Warrior has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
