Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Karlos Kondiitti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janos Szekely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kondiitti comes into the arena with Kuningas Pähkinä & Setä Tamu - Hei Scully blaring out of the sound system. Janos Szekely told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kondiitti shoots in looking for a takedown but Szekely manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kondiitti's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Szekely swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Szekely misses with a two punch combination.
Kondiitti fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Szekely has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Janos Szekely seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Szekely moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Kondiitti shoots in for a takedown but Szekely shows good takedown defense.
Kondiitti throws out a leg kick but Szekely moves out of range and Kondiitti only half commits.
Kondiitti has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Body Pain_12elite_599$+VM in the buildup to the fight.
Szekely throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Szekely works over Kondiitti's head and body with a nice combination.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Szekely swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Kondiitti decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Szekely's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
