Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Obval Zaboev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicoco Smilov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zaboev's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Lezginka. Smilov has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaboev takes a swing at Smilov's ribcage but misses.
Smilov looks winded!
Zaboev throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Zaboev misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Smilov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Zaboev misses with a looping right.
Smilov uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Zaboev.
Zaboev looks to land a combination but Smilov avoids it well.
Zaboev clinches with his opponent.

Zaboev really is a fat lump.
Zaboev lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Smilov or not.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Zaboev throws a hook to the side of Smilov's head but Smilov sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Smilov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Smilov loses concentration momentarily and Zaboev pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Smilov crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Zaboev finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Obval Zaboev!
