Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Josh Osko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Kaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Osko comes to the cage accompanied by Sabotage. Max Kaz will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Josh Osko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Kaz!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaz tries to clinch up.

Osko looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Osko wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kaz keeps working.
Osko slows the pace down in half guard.
Nice strikes from Osko there.
Kaz makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kaz.
Osko distracts Kaz with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Osko postures up and lands a big shot to Kaz's brow.
Osko might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Osko working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kaz's head.
Kaz wants to stand and escape but Osko is having none of it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Osko connects with a couple of short punches.
Osko trying to control but Kaz is working from the bottom.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Kaz wants to get back to his feet but Osko is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Kaz utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Osko wants to control from the top but Kaz keeps moving.

Kaz has his foot on Osko's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Osko works his way back into a safe position though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Our spies down at at Lawson MMA (UK) inform us that Kaz has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
Kaz is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Osko is controlling him.

Kaz wants to stand but Osko is controlling the position.

Osko throws an elbow that misses. Kaz uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Osko's guard. Nice move by Kaz!

Osko looking for a guillotine here but Kaz defends easily.
Osko seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Osko trying to keep a closed guard but Kaz is proving a slippery customer.
Osko is pulling down on Kaz's head. It's preventing any offense from Kaz, at least for the moment.
Osko controls Kaz momentarily but Kaz frees himself.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Josh Osko just wasn't active enough.
Kaz is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Osko counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Osko has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kaz has momentary wrist control but Osko slips an elbow through the middle.

Kaz is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kaz wants to get back to his feet but Osko is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Josh Osko dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Kaz takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Kaz moves in looking to clinch but Osko pushes him off.
Osko fails with a takedown attempt.
Kaz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kaz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Osko paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kaz tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Osko manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kaz fails in his attempt to clinch.
Kaz is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Osko fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kaz throws a head kick that misses.
Kaz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kaz doesn't manage to clinch there - Osko circles away.

Kaz pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kaz tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Osko manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Osko blocks a head kick by Kaz.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kaz looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Kaz gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Osko missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Osko passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Kaz tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Osko tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kaz is wriggling around trying to escape.
Osko looking to finish Kaz with some ground and pound. This is bad for Kaz!

Kaz is rocked!
Kaz is breathing heavily.
Kaz is squirming around, avoiding Osko's attempts to control the action.
Kaz is still in real trouble! Can Osko finish him?
Osko postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Kaz bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Osko and the fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Josh Osko!
A very excited looking Josh Osko rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
