Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Dorian Petersen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nelson Blanche! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Petersen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Blanche. Petersen throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Nelson Blanche has been cut. Petersen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Blanche. Petersen tries to close the distance and clinch but Blanche swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Petersen darts in looking for a takedown but Blanche gets double underhooks and turns Petersen into the cage. Petersen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Petersen fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Blanche tries to score a power double leg takedown but Petersen sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Blanche somewhat. Dorian Petersen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nelson Blanche. Blanche shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Petersen as he avoids it easily. Blanche shoots in looking for a takedown. Petersen tries to sprawl out of it but Blanche keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Petersen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Petersen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Blanche but Blanche pushes him off and we're back to square one. Petersen stuffs the takedown attempt from Blanche. Blanche gets slowly back to his feet.

Blanche should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Blanche keeps the fight on the outside. Blanche closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Blanche with the ground and pound but Petersen uses the opportunity to regain guard. Blanche working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Blanche really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Petersen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Petersen can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Blanche controls the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Petersen looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Blanche throws an elbow that misses. Petersen uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Blanche's guard. Nice move by Petersen! Blanche is looking to stand up but Petersen isn't so interested in that idea.

Oh no, disaster for Blanche there!

Nelson Blanche seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blanche tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Petersen swivels and escapes. Petersen shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Blanche as he avoids it easily. Nice takedown defense from Blanche. No joy for Petersen on that attempt. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! He's pushing on Blanche's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Blanche is stalling here. Petersen is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Blanche seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Petersen has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Petersen tries for a kimura but Blanche is defending well. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Blanche is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Petersen is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Petersen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Blanche sprawls well. Blanche wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Petersen gets slowly back to his feet. Blanche shoots in and bounces Petersen off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Nelson Blanche comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Blanche winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
