Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Elliott Stanley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Skip Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stanley's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Terror - One with the Underdogs. Elliott Stanley has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Elliott Stanley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Skip Torres! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stanley pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Both fighters circling a little - Stanley finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Stanley is looking to clinch but Torres is avoiding it.
Stanley clinches up against the cage. A shot in the inside from Stanley. Stanley is looking to break free of the clinch but Torres has double underhooks. Stanley breaks the clinch.
Torres shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Stanley manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Stanley looking for a sweep. Not yet Stanley, not yet. Torres postures up.
Stanley is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Short Term Solution that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Torres trying to control the position from guard on top but Stanley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stanley has his hands on Torres's head, controlling the position. Stanley has his foot on Torres's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Torres works his way back into a safe position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Torres forces his way into half guard. Torres tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stanley knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Torres passes the guard and advances to mount! Torres trying to control but Stanley is having none of it. Stanley on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stanley tries to get out of the position. Torres is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Stanley is in real trouble.
Stanley is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Torres throwing strikes and Stanley squirms under the pressure, ending up mounted. Torres looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Torres is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Stanley to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Stanley shrugs it off. Stanley tries to reverse the position but Torres maintains control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stanley tries to lock up and control but Torres gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Torres throwing strikes here but Stanley is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Torres lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stanley is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Stanley is controlling an arm, preventing Torres from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Stanley tries to hold on but Torres pushes him away. Torres trying to control but he's not successful this time. Stanley is in all sorts of trouble here.
Torres wants to finish this one by submission but Stanley is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Torres. Torres controlling the pace for now. Torres working away from the top, dropping strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stanley really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Torres moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Stanley has worked his arm free - good work by Stanley!
Torres tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Torres has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Torres wants to control but Stanley is keeping him busy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stanley seems a little lost for a moment, as Torres dominates the positioning. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Skip Torres dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Torres scores with a nice body kick.
Torres throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Stanley. Stanley tries to land a front kick but Torres steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Torres lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stanley circles away quickly and effectively. Stanley misses with a few strikes there.
Elliott Stanley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Torres tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Stanley takes a swing at Torres's ribcage but misses. Stanley walks into a left hand. Stanley misses with a straight left. Stanley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Torres shoots for a takedown but Stanley saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Torres misses with a double jab.
Stanley throws a leg kick but Torres moved away. A head kick misses from Stanley. Torres dives in and grabs Stanley's left leg, looking for a takedown. Stanley pushes down on Torres's head and hops out. Stanley throws a low kick, looking for Torres's leg but Torres calmly moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stanley lands a leg kick that knocks Torres off balance momentarily. Torres misses with a series of wild punches.
Elliott Stanley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stanley leaves Torres with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Elliott Stanley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Skip Torres. Stanley tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Stanley moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Stanley misses the shot to the body. Torres throws a right and a left that both miss. Stanley throws a sloppy head kick and Torres moves out of range easily. Torres avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Stanley slips a jab and a cross from Torres.
Torres scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Torres takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stanley is not content to let Torres control the position. Stanley is trying to stand.
Torres is looking to advance position but Stanley won't allow it. Stanley pushes Torres off looking to stand but Torres dives back in and keeps control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Torres trying to mount his opponent but Stanley defends it. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Torres is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Torres is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Stanley defends it well. Torres is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Torres slows the pace down in half guard. Stanley tries to roll over but Torres keeps him under control. Torres wants to control but Stanley is keeping him busy. Stanley has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Torres is working away from the top position though. Stanley wants to get back to his feet.
Stanley regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Torres.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Skip Torres wasn't active enough on the ground. Stanley throws a head kick that misses. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Stanley is looking to clinch but Torres is avoiding it.

Skip Torres showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Stanley's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Nice takedown defense from Stanley. No joy for Torres on that attempt. Torres bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Torres wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Stanley, who protects the arm well. Stanley tries to escape but Torres is in control. Torres tries for a kimura but Stanley is defending well. Stanley tries to improve position but can't. Torres trying to control the position but Stanley is working away. Torres has knee on belly and moves into mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stanley is squirming around, avoiding Torres's attempts to control the action. Stanley is trying to stand. Stanley tries to hold on but Torres postures up. Torres looking to control but Stanley is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Torres takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Torres wants to control the pace but Stanley is squirming around nicely. Torres working Stanley over with strikes here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Torres can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Stanley is looking to escape. Stanley is desperately trying to improve his position but Torres has a good base and remains in mount. Stanley is trying to stand. Skip Torres has got the better of the ground game so far. Torres sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Stanley has given up his back. Will we see Torres going for some submissions?
Stanley tries to escape but Torres has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Torres is working for a rear naked choke. Stanley is not defending it well and Torres has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Stanley refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Stanley's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
